Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All Pretty Locs Women orders are hand-poured and packed in small batches. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement. Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — .99
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — 2.99

International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Pretty Locs Women is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by the destination country.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
- Products must have been purchased directly from prettylocswomen.com
- Both used and unused products are eligible under our satisfaction guarantee
- We do not accept returns on products purchased through third-party retailers
How to Request a Return
- Email us at returns@prettylocswomen.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged product).
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please email us at support@prettylocswomen.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will ship a replacement at no charge.
